Why Take a Bath?
Self-care isn't always a quick shower to just clean yourself and start your day. Sometimes you need to take a few extra minutes to yourself, sit down and relax, in water. Yes, water! Submergence of yourself into a tub of water may even help to lower your stress levels, make you feel less angry and help you feel healthy. Taking a warm bath 1-2 hours before bedtime can even help you fall asleep faster!
